Film faced Plywood, also known as shuttering film faced plywood or concrete form, is a specialized type of veneer plywood designed for construction applications. It is distinguished by its durable film coating, which enhances resistance to moisture, wear, and tear.


Types:


  • Brown Film Faced Plywood: Utilizes phenolic impregnated paper for enhanced durability.

  • Black Film Faced Plywood: Features melamine impregnated paper.

  • 1220 x 2440mm, 1250 x 2500mm

  • 915 x 2135mm, 1525 x 1525mm

  • 1500 x 3000mm

  • Customization options available


Thickness Options:


  • 12mm, 15mm, 18mm

  • Custom thickness available


Core:


  • Eucalyptus, Acacia, or a mix of other hard woods for optimal strength and stability


Face & Back:


  • Black/Brown Film with or without logo


Glue:


  • Melamine (10% – 15%)

  • WBP (Weather and Boil Proof) glue for superior water resistance


Formaldehyde Emission Content:


  • E1/E2 (MUF)


Usage:


  • Construction/Shuttering

  • Decking

  • Specialized packing applications


Re-Use:


  • Can be re-used 8 to 12 times, offering excellent cost-efficiency


Layers:


  • 12mm (7/9 ply)

  • 15mm (9/11 ply)

  • 18mm (11, 13, 15 ply)


Moisture Content:


  • 8% – 15%


Packing Standard:


  • Packed in pallets and secured with a belt for safe transportation and storage
